hyperventilation again

I had another panic attack today after I saw Jayden having nosebleed at Taoyuan airport. Luckily my mom was with me to calm me down. That useless bastard father just walked away. I suspect my hyperventilation is link to psychologically. It always started with giddy, numbness and cramp over my fingers and toes. Hope it won't  happen again.
