heartpain & arsepain

many reasons that causes heartpain. dont wanna talk.. suspecting im haf piles. having pain few days back and seen my colorectal. offer op or med to obs. declined op.. was given another tcu but i defaulted. yesterday i strained again and having pain throughout my night shift.

tonight at reception. hope it will be a better shift.
