work like crazy

the usual sat morning shift
not many crowds
who knows today i work like mad in triage
so many elderly
n most of em r so sick
dunno how many P1 i triaged
and so many came for pneumothorax
shit lor..
guess resus nurses and doc hate me
haha..
but i really regret tat
i under triage one..
tat referral letter
the handwriting was horrible
pneumothorax..
i misinterprete as pneumonia
arghh..
will learn from mistake
will nv let it happen again
and then
so many came with low o2 saturation
and 1 young girl even worse..
only 50% sat!!
i was like.. WOW~ how come so low??
at first i tot is my machine got problem
and her nail got polish
so i rush to med cupboard
n get acetone to remove her polish
who know tat her O2 really 50%
i cannot waste anymore time
send her to resus STAT
put on 100% O2
sat goes up to 86%
but its still consider bad
cos normal sat is 95%-100%
mm.. dunno wats her outcome
hope she still fine

after my morning shift
went to tbp
watch jack neo movie
damn funny..
after movie, ate thai express
my fav curry soft shell crab w rice
yummy...
reach home at 8pm+
