sick again

after the drip last week
i tot i recover
who know the fever recurrent again
slept 24 hours nonstop
very weak
didnt take any food and water
just med
suppose to work night shift today
with my condition
i doubt i can
so i went to see gp
was given 3 days mc

ps: sil, im not in good condition to go out. abt western food or watever, next time when im better, i will ask u out
