nurse

today in fever triage. dunno why so many people came. look like only me who is damn busy. if patients and relatives is nice, i dun mind busy. but today all the patients and relatives very F***. just waited 1/2 hour only.. relatives complained to me that waiting time so long blah blah blah.. patient VERY weak. to me, her precious son, in twenties, is perfectly fine, walking with 2 legs, not limping, no unsteady gait. is tat so call "very weak"?? explained to em that just 1 more patient before em. tat relative still not please and claims tat im rude.

im a nurse. i care for my patient but i dont entertain those fucking relatives with and keep asking me this and that. so many things waiting for me to settle. why cant they be more understanding and just kept their big mouth shut and leave me alone??

its really tough being a nurse in singapore. my caucasian lecturer told me tat she was quite surprise that nurse in sg was treated so lowly. in other countries, nurses is a respectable profession. why sg is so different? will the day come where nurses treated the same as doctors??
